Producer
20-20 has a wide ranging corporate client base of national and international businesses as well as many public and third sector organisations.
Winning the majority of our work through reputation and referral, we pride ourselves on our ability to deliver creative campaigns and productions to the highest level, whilst providing first rate customer service.
We are now seeking an experienced Producer who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client projects across all sectors. Your experience will need to demonstrate both production expertise and client management and communication skills.
Like most fast moving media companies, a Producer’s role is a flexible one and is likely to involve:
- development of project pitches including overall programme design and storyboarding, budgeting and project planning alongside a 2020 Director
- attending sales meetings with client teams alongside a 2020 Director
- programme design and script writing
- managing all elements of a video or web based project, including managing your client and liaising with the internal 2020 creative & technical team
- delivering all elements of a project to time and within budget
- attending and directing location filming and over-seeing the post-production process (including first cut interview editing)
We’re anticipating you’ll have at least 3-5 years experience in a creative media environment and will be able to showcase your portfolio of previous productions.

Assistant Producer
With numerous projects being managed at any time, 2020 is in need of an Assistant Producer to provide support on video, web or event projects.
Working alongside a Producer or Director your role will include:
- organising location or studio shoots
- liaising with clients
- researching voice over, presenter or actor talent
- attending and assisting at location shoots and events
- assisting in the post-production stages, including basic editing
- managing print or duplication projects
We anticipate you will already have 1-2 years experience in a creative or media environment and this is an ideal position for any one looking to progress into a Producer role with their own client portfolio.

Camera operators/editors
2020 has internal broadcast facilities in both its Leicester and London offices. Two positions are now available for experienced camera operators/editors.
We pride ourselves on our high production values, so we are looking for people who are dedicated to achieving the highest quality of filming and editing.
We shoot in a range of video formats up to high-end HD, and edit on Apple Final Cut Studio 2 (with integrated use of Adobe After FX).
In both of these roles, you will be expected to offer a mix of good technical understanding and creative flare.
For one of these roles you will have 1-3 years experience of shooting & editing in a commercial production environment. 2020 will offer additional training where relevant.
We are also looking for a more senior person who has at least 3-5 years production experience, someone who has the ability to achieve the highest level of production demands - whether for TV or business communications.

Finding a job in the media these days is a daunting task. Even most media graduates fail to find any long-term opportunities - so a placement at 2020 is an ideal introduction to the media industry. You never know, it might even lead to a permanent position with 2020 in either London or Leicester.
Our focus is on delivering top-end creative campaigns to our corporate clients, so as well as your creative or technical expertise, we’ll also be looking at your communication skills and any experience you have of working with clients and keeping projects on-time and on-budget.
